SUTHERLIN POLICE JAIL WOMAN FOLLOWING ALLEGED HARSSMENT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Sutherlin Police jailed a woman following an alleged harassment and disorderly conduct incident on Monday.

An SPD report said 3:15 p.m. the 25-year-old allegedly punched the victim in the back as he was leaving an apartment in the 1300 block of East First Avenue. When officers arrived, the woman was reportedly acting erratic. She was yelling and allegedly threatened the victim in the parking lot after the incident. He wished to pursue charges.

The woman was taken into custody and transported to corrections without incident. She was charged with harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct and was detained without bail. She was released on Tuesday.
