Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive after a traffic stop on Monday.

An RPD report said at approximately 10:10 a.m. 31-year-old Artemio Jordan was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The man took off and was followed until he trespassed on the railroad tracks nearby. Officers took Jordan into custody for trespassing. He was identified as having two felony warrants for his arrest.

Jordan was held on nine charges and was detained on $52,250 bail.
