Roseburg Police cited a man for unlawful possession of methamphetamine on Monday.

An RPD report said at 11:45 a.m. the 68-year-old was caught allegedly smoking the drug from a glass pipe while sitting on the riverbank in the park in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. The man was cited and released on the scene.
