Roseburg Police jailed a woman Thursday for a prior theft incident.

An RPD report said on July 8th, officers responded to the incident at Grocery Outlet in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The suspect fled in a sedan before officers arrived.

The vehicle was stopped on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. and the 28-year-old was identified as the suspect. She admitted to committing the theft. The woman was charged with third-degree theft. Other charges were added. Bail was set at $1,250.
