July 7, 2025 3:05 a.m.

The U.S. Small Business Administration has opened a Disaster Loan Outreach Center to help those impacted by flooding, landslides and mudslides that took place in March.

It is open weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the Salmon Room on the top floor of the Roseburg Public Safety Center, on Southeast Douglas Avenue.

SBA customer service representatives are available to answer questions and provide personalized assistance to business owners, residents and nonprofits – including help with the disaster loan application process. Walk-ins are welcome. No appointment is needed. The Disaster Loan Outreach Center, which had been set up at the Oregon Department of Human Services office on West Harvard Avenue, has closed.

A federal administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Oregon tied to severe storms, flooding, landslides, and mudslides from March 13th to March 20th, was made on June 24th.
