Roseburg Police jailed a man for a stalking order violation on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 7:45 a.m. 49-year-old William Wasyluk was called in for being in the 900 block of Southeast Cass Avenue, in violation of the order. Officers responded and took Wasyluk into custody. The stalking order was confirmed through records. Officers had an open case from two days earlier, where the man was also at the location in violation of the order.

Wasyluk’s probation officer was contacted and authorized a detainer. The man was charged with two counts of violating a stalking order. Wasyluk was detained without bail.
