Roseburg Police jailed a man for prohibited camping on Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:10 a.m. the 35-yaer-old was camping in a restricted area in Deer Creek Park in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The man had four prior camping convictions. He was arrested for a criminal count of the charge and was detained on $5,000 bail.
