Roseburg Police cited a man for an alleged trespass incident early Sunday.
An RPD report said 3:40 a.m. officers contacted the 53-year-old at his camp in the 2800 block of Northeast Stephens Street, which was on railroad property. The man had been warned and arrested for trespassing/camping at the same location in the past. His camp had a large amount of trash/debris scattered in and around it.
The man was cited for first-degree criminal trespass and offensive littering. He was released after the citation was issued.
