Roseburg Police jailed a man for parole violation on Thursday morning.

An RPD report said at 10:30 a.m. officers contacted the 31-year-old in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street after seeing him walking with someone that he is not allowed to contact. The man admitted to his parole officer that he did violate his parole. He was detained without bail.
