Sutherlin Police jailed a man following a reported trespass incident on Thursday.

An SPD report said at 3:30 p.m. 21-year-old Bradley Carter returned to a business in the 1200 block of West Central Avenue which he had been trespassed from. Carter also allegedly left a mess on the bench across the street. His parole officer was advised of the new charges and asked that the man be detained.

Carter was charged with second-degree criminal trespass, offensive littering and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
