A Roseburg woman was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle wreck on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 3:00 p.m. one driver was in the center lane facing south in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. She tried to turn right through two lanes of traffic but did not see a second vehicle that was traveling south on Stewart Parkway.

The first driver turned in front of the second vehicle, which crashed into the side of her vehicle. The driver who caused the accident was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center, due to her injuries. The second driver was uninjured. The first vehicle was driven from the scene while the second vehicle had to be towed away.

The first driver was cited for unlawful change of lane.
