Roseburg Police jailed a man on drug charges following a trespass incident on Wednesday morning.
An RPD report said at 8:20 a.m. 34-year-old Michael Ramirez was contacted at Deer Creek Village in the 2800 block of Northeast Douglas Avenue where he was allegedly trespassing. Ramirez was wanted by his parole officer and was taken into custody without incident. Once at the jail, deputies reportedly located approximately 40 grams of suspected methamphetamine in Ramirez’s possession.
He was charged with unlawful possession and delivery of meth, second-degree criminal trespass and parole violation. Ramirez was detained without bail.
