Roseburg Police cited one adult and two juveniles for a minor in possession of alcohol charge on Wednesday night.

An RPD report said at 10:45 p.m. officers responded to the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard after a caller said there was a large disturbance. No one on the scene would cooperate with officers but the three people were found to be intoxicated.

The adult was 18 years old and was from Yuba City, California. The juveniles were 17 and 12 years old and were from Wolf Creek and Glendale respectively.
