Roseburg Police jailed a man for a probation violation on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:20 a.m. officers contacted the 30-year-old after he was called in for acting suspicious at a business in the 2300 block of Northwest Kline Street. Officers contacted the man’s probation officer who wanted him detained. He was taken into custody and transported to corrections. The man was detained without bail.
