Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public on Monday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. the 40-year-old was consuming a beer at a pavilion in Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The man also had an unopened beer with him as well. He was released after being given the citation.
