Roseburg Police cited a woman for an alleged theft incident early Wednesday morning.

An RPD report said at 12:30 a.m. officers contacted the 27-year-old in the 900 block of West Elaine Avenue regarding an ongoing RPD investigation.

The woman admitted to using a victim’s phone to steal $150 via Cash App. She was cited for second-degree theft and computer crimes. The woman was released without incident.
