A Canyonville man was jailed following a traffic stop on Wednesday night.

A Douglas County Sherriff Office report said at 8:25 p.m. a deputy saw a sedan pass him on the Tiller Trail Highway near the intersection with Kokos Lane in the Canyonville area. The deputy knew the 27-year-old had an active warrant out of Circuit Court. The warrant was confirmed, and the man was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,500.
