Roseburg Police cited a woman for prohibited camping on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:40 a.m. officers contacted her at a camp in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was spread over an area of approximately 20 feet by 20 feet and was still up after 8:00 a.m. Both are violations of the time, place and manner restrictions.

The woman was cited and then was released.
