Roseburg Police cited a fugitive for an outstanding warrant on Monday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:00 a.m. the 52-year-old man was contacted during a security check in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. Officers determined that the man had the warrant out of Winston Police Department. The warrant was confirmed as cite and release. The man was issued with a citation with a new court date in May.
