Roseburg Police arrested two people for alleged disorderly conduct on Saturday morning.

An RPD report said at 8:30 a.m. the man and woman, both age 32, were contacted after they had been called in numerous times for screaming at one another in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. There was rubbish surrounding their vehicles all over the sidewalk. They were detained without issue.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and offensive littering. He was detained on $3,750 bail and was released later in the day. The woman was issued a citation for her charges and released on the scene.
