A Myrtle Creek man was jailed for an alleged disorderly conduct incident early Saturday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 3:00 a.m. the 24-year-old was allegedly very intoxicated and started a physical and verbal disturbance inside of a home in the 300 block of Apricot Lane in the Green District.

The man reportedly pushed and bit a victim. Additionally, he allegedly broke the victim’s phone and threw other things. A witness used a reasonable amount of force to remove the man from the residence. The victim felt threatened by the man’s unprovoked behavior. After the man was outside, he reportedly continued to be loud and wake up other neighbors.

He was charged with second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. The man was detained without bail.
