The Umpqua Valley will see high temperatures about 10 degrees above normal on Wednesday and Thursday.

Forecasters at the National Weather Service in Medford told News Radio 93-9 FM and 1240 KQEN that afternoon highs in the lower 70s are expected. The normal high temperatures for this time in April are between 61 and 63 degrees.  While two dry days are forecast, some rain will return to the region by late Thursday, though it will likely be short lived.
