Roseburg Police jailed a man for offensive littering on Tuesday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 12:20 p.m. the 55-year-old was contacted regarding a littering complaint in the 2100 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. The man was found to have trash, food and soiled clothing strung about the area. He was taken into custody without incident. Bail was set at $1,250.
