Roseburg Police jailed a man for an alleged spitting incident on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at 9:50 p.m. officers contacted a woman and her juvenile daughter regarding an alleged altercation at Dominos Pizza in the 800 block of West Harvard Avenue.

During the incident, the 37-year-old man reportedly spat through the passenger window of the victim’s vehicle, landing saliva on the juvenile. The man was later contacted and taken into custody. He was charged with harassment. Bail was set at $2,500.
