Roseburg Police cited a man for drinking in public Monday evening.

An RPD report said at 7:55 p.m. the 56-year-old was observed allegedly opening a beer and drinking from it in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. The man was also issued a city exclusion warning. He was released after being given the citation.
