A transient was jailed for a felony warrant on Monday evening.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 9:20 p.m. deputies responded to a disturbance in the 600 block of Stagecoach Road in the Canyonville area. Upon arrival, the 28-year-old was on the scene. The deputy knew the man had an active warrant and the suspect was taken into custody. Once it was confirmed he was taken to corrections and detained without bail.
