A Roseburg woman was taken to the hospital following an accident on Sunday.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 11:50 a.m. the 36-year-old was driving westbound in the 4300 block of Old Melrose Road when she said she blacked out.

Her minivan crashed into a culvert and went slightly airborne, before crashing into a tree. The driver did not have any visible injuries but was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center to get checked out. A towing company removed her vehicle.
