Roseburg Police jailed one man and cited one man for prohibited camping early Saturday morning.

An RPD report said at 2:10 a.m. a 42-year-old man and a 44-year-old man were contacted, each in sleeping bags on the multi-use path in Riverside Park North in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street.

The older man had two prior convictions for prohibited camping. He was detained on $1,000 bail. The younger man was cited and then released.
