Roseburg Police cited a man Thursday for an alleged theft incident,

An RPD report said the 48-year-old was identified as a suspect in a case where he allegedly walked out of a store in the 1300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard with several stolen items. The man was contacted Thursday and admitted to the theft. He was cited with second-degree theft and was then released.
