Douglas County government is asking for residents, businesses, churches and other non-profit organizations to report flood damage from the March 2025 Storm-Flood Event.
A county release said in order to even be eligible to apply for possible state and federal funding, the county has to meet certain damage assessment value thresholds, which means as many damage reports as possible need to be collected.

Pop-up resource events are continuing through Saturday around the county. County commissioners and Douglas County Emergency Management, in partnership with Glide Revitalization, local food pantries and other recovery agencies are bringing flood recovery resources directly to impacted communities. Representatives will be on-site to assist with housing, cleanup efforts, insurance guidance, and other recovery needs. Events are being held:
*Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Riddle Fire Protection District
*Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Morningstar Coffee in Glendale
*Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Green Elementary School gymnasium
*Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Aviva Health, just north of Roseburg
*Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at The Father’s House in Sutherlin
*Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Glide Rural Fire Protection District
The American Red Cross shelter remains open in the Community Building of the Douglas County Fairgrounds for residents who have been displaced by the recent flood.
