Roseburg Police jailed a man for a warrant and prohibited camping early Sunday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 a.m. officers contacted the 50-year-old from Coos Bay in the 700 block of Southeast Jackson Street. He was in a sleeping bag on the sidewalk. The man was found to have a valid warrant out of Coos County. He was detained on $5,000 bail and was issued an exclusion notice.
