Roseburg Police cited a pair of people for prohibited camping on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 11:00 p.m. the man and woman were contacted at their camp in the 900 block of Northwest Rowe Street. The camp was in a prohibited zone. Due to the amount of property at the camp, both people were released after their citations were issued.
