CURTIN MAN JAILED FOR FELONY COUNT OF DRIVING WHILE SUSPENDED

A Curtin man was jailed for a felony count of driving while suspended on Thursday afternoon.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said at 3:45 p.m. a deputy conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 38 and Brier Road in Drain. After learning the 48-year-old was suspended, the driver was taken into custody. He was detained without bail and was released Friday morning.
