Roseburg Police jailed a man Wednesday for failure to report as a sex offender.

An RPD report said at 2:50 p.m. the 31-year-old was meeting with his parole officer at the Douglas County Courthouse in the 1000 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. It was determined that the man was living at a different address than the one he had listed on his sex offender registration.

The man admitted that he did not report the change of address. He was detained without bail and was also charged with a parole violation.
