The Douglas County Livestock Association has its Spring Conference next month at the Douglas County Fairgrounds.
The one-day event will take place on Wednesday April 9th, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Sessions and demonstrations will include topics like:
*Sheep, goats, cattle and horses
*Brush and weed control
*Herd health
*Equine husbandry
*New implants
Other topics will be covered as well. In the Exhibit Hall there will be over 20 booths from a variety of agencies, pharmaceutical companies, local businesses and more. Food trucks will be on site for lunch.
Advance registration by April 6th is $10 for members and $25 for non-members. A tri-tip dinner is also available for an additional charge. Complete registration information is available at: https://www.dclivestock.org/
