Roseburg Police jailed a fugitive on Saturday morning.

An RPD report said shortly after 11:00 a.m. officers contacted the 41-year-old at a business in the 1900 block of Northwest Mulholland Drive for trespassing. Officers discovered the man had a statewide warrant for a parole violation. He was taken into custody without incident. The man was detained without bail.
