Roseburg Police jailed a man for second-degree criminal trespass and prohibited camping early Thursday.
An RPD report said at 12:45 a.m. the 59-year-old was found sleeping in a tent under the east side of the Washington Street Bridge in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. The man had two prior convictions for prohibited camping and was cited criminally. He is also a city expulsion violator with a third offense and was also within the exclusion area. Bail was set at $1,250.
While the man was packing up his items, he decided to urinate and was cited for public urination.
