Roseburg Police jailed a man for a failure to appear warrant for offensive littering early Wednesday.

An RPD report said officers contacted the 62-year-old at camps in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street, knowing he had the warrant. The man was detained without incident. Bail was set at $12,500.
