A Roseburg man was taken to the hospital following a suspected DUII-CS crash on Tuesday night.

A Douglas County Sheriffs Office report said at 9:10 p.m. the 59-year-old crashed a pickup in the ditch in the 200 block of Grant Smith Road in Green. When the deputy arrived the driver was found actively trying to drive off the curb on which he was actively high-centered.

The report said the driver was clearly under the influence of controlled substances which were stimulants. He was completely naked. The man was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center due to an extreme heartrate. He is listed in critical condition at last check, according to a hospital spokesperson.

The man was not cited due to his medical issues. Citations are pending follow up.
