Roseburg Police jailed a man Friday for alleged ongoing theft incidents.
An RPD report said just after 12:00 p.m. officers contacted 39-year-old Bruce Shepherd at a residence in the 1200 block of Northeast Lincoln Street. Shepherd was a suspect in an ongoing investigation involving a credit card being fraudulently used at a business in the 3000 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. Shepherd admitted to the crimes and was taken into custody without incident.
He was charged with two counts each of felony computer crime and fraudulent use of a credit card, second and third-degree counts of theft. Shepherd was detained without bail.
