Roseburg Police cited two people for fourth-degree assault following an incident on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 11:30 p.m. officers responded to the 2000 block of Northeast Stephens Street after a caller said there was a disturbance. Once on scene, a 33-year-old woman and an 18-year-old woman were allegedly found actively fighting. Both of them reportedly sustained minor injuries. They were cited and released without incident. The younger woman got a ride home from a family member.
