Roseburg Police jailed a man for parole violation on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 1:30 p.m. officers contacted the 25-year-old who was camping in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. His parole officer requested that he be detained. Officers took him into custody without incident. The man was cited for prohibited camping and was issued his second city expulsion warning.

He was detained without bail.
