Roseburg Police cited two people for prohibited camping early Tuesday morning.

Information from RPD said at 2:30 a.m. officers contacted a 33-year-old at his camp in the 200 block of Southeast Pine Street. The camp was very large and attached to multiple trees. It was in violation of the time, place and manner restrictions.

At 2:50 a.m. officers contacted the 52-year-old regarding his camp being set up in a prohibited zone at Gaddis Park in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. It was in violation of the ordinance as well.

Both men were released after their citations were issued.
