Sutherlin Police jailed a man for an alleged trespass incident on Saturday afternoon.

An SPD report said shortly after 4:30 p.m. the 31-year-old was trespassed at a business in the 1300 block of West Central Avenue after being previously trespassed from that location. The man was arrested. While he was being searched, a small bag containing a white substance was reportedly found in his pocket.

The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250. He was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
