The Roseburg City Council has a varied agenda for its meeting Monday night.

Councilors will have the second reading of an ordinance amending the Roseburg Urban Growth Boundary, annexing property, amending the comprehensive plan map, amending the city zoning map and amending the Urban Growth Management Agreement. This is for adding nearly 50 acres of park property which is located on the east side of Sunshine Park.

Councilors will vote on authorizing acceptance of an Oregon Department of Transportation Safe Routes to School Grant in the amount of $2.75 million. Funds will be used for improvements to Southeast Douglas Avenue.

The council will vote on awarding the Master Engineering Services contract for the five-year water transmission main replacement program to Consor North America.

Councilors will vote on authorizing the purchase of playground equipment and surfacing for the Brown Park Expansion Project from Ross Recreation and Equipment in the amount of just over $667,000.

The annual Comprehensive Financial Report and quarterly report will be given.
