Roseburg Police cited a woman after a two-vehicle accident on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 2:00 p.m. officers responded to the wreck at the corner of Northeast Winchester Street and Northeast Rowe Street. Officers learned that a 40-year- old woman turned left onto Winchester Street from the parking lot of a business. She failed to make sure that traffic was clear, and her sedan crashed into a second sedan.

The driver that caused the crash didn’t have insurance on her vehicle. No one was injured. The second vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
