Roseburg Police responded to a non-injury crash on Tuesday afternoon, in the 1300 block of Northwest Park Street.

An RPD report said at 3:20 p.m. officers learned that a 47-year-old man had backed his vehicle into the roadway, and collided with the second vehicle. Officers reviewed video footage of the accident and verified the sequence of events. Both vehicles were operable and were later driven from the scene.

The driver who caused the accident was cited for failure of a driver entering a roadway to yield the right of way.
