A transient was jailed for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Friday night.

A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said dispatchers received several calls about 36-year-old Amanda Graham allegedly acting disorderly throughout the day. Just before 6:00 p.m. a deputy contacted Graham in the 300 block of Chandler Drive in Green. She was reportedly uncooperative and told a deputy that he wasn’t a cop.

Graham then allegedly started to walk away and then resisted arrest. Another unit arrived and deputies placed Graham into handcuffs. After she was in custody, a victim said that Graham had stolen a $20 solar light from her yard. The light was found in the suspect’s possession and was returned to the victim. Graham allegedly broke the light when it was taken from the victim’s yard.

She was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and third-degree counts of theft and criminal mischief. Graham was detained without bail.
