Roseburg Police cited two people for offensive littering and prohibited camping on Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said 12:10 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year-old woman and 45-year-old man at a camp near the duck pond in the 1000 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Officers saw there was a large amount of garbage and debris surrounding the camp. They were released after the citations were issued.
