Roseburg Police jailed a woman for a reported theft case on Saturday.

An RPD report said at approximately 12:10 p.m. officers contacted 34-year-old Victoria Rivera after she allegedly walked out of Walmart in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway without paying for over $415 worth of items. Rivera had been previously trespassed from the store for alleged past thefts, which she confirmed that she knew.

During the investigation, the woman admitted to being in possession of fentanyl, which she gave consent to be seized by officers. It was later weighed, and its net weight was over one gram. Rivera also admitted to driving to the store even though she had a suspended license.

She was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, second-degree theft, unlawful possession of fentanyl and for a misdemeanor count of driving while suspended. Rivera was detained without bail.
